Below you will find some useful information for an over-the-phone quote. We are happy to come to your house to do a quote in person, but if you prefer an approximate price over the phone, feel free to give us a call.

Some useful information to provide us with for an over-the-phone quote includes:

Approximate time gutters were last cleaned (if at all)?
Single or multi storey?
Are trees overhanging your gutters?
Are there existing gutter guards?
Approximate lineal metre?
Is there easy access to and around home?
Are downpipes currently blocked?
Any current issues you’re aware of?

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use a wet dry vacuum which has been specifically engineered and extensively tested for professional gutter cleaning. Our powerful and robust vacuum is incredibly hard-wearing and offers rapid and effective removal of stubborn and deep rooted gutter blockages.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are a number of factors which determine the cost of your gutter clean. This includes things like the size of your home, amount of debris, single or double storey, access to the home, and anything else such as gutter guards.

CAN YOU CLEAR OVER HANGING BRANCHES?

In short, yes! If there are branches overhanging your gutters, we can provide minor pruning services at an additional cost.

DO YOU TAKE DEBRIS WITH YOU?

We sure do! Any sludge, muck and mess is our mess and not yours. We take this away when we go and leave your house nice and Spiffy.

HOW OFTEN DO GUTTERS NEED TO BE CLEANED?

There is no quick and easy answer to this. It depends on a number of things like trees, gutter guards, and generally where you live.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO HAVE YOUR GUTTERS CLEANED?

There are really two recommended times of year to tend to your gutters. Autumn is a good time to clear gutters to catch maximum winter rainfall. Spring is also a good time to think about clearing gutters to reduce your fire risk in the warmer months.

DO WE NEED TO DO ANYTHING PRIOR TO GUTTER SERVICE?

You don’t need to prepare anything prior to the gutter service, but we do recommend closing your windows, taking clean washing off the line and ensuring pets are kept in a safe place.

WILL YOU TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS?

We sure do! We will set up a profile for each customer including pictures and service information. If you would like a copy of the pictures, just ask!

CAN YOU INSPECT THE ROOF AND GUTTERS WHILE UP THERE?

Certainly. We can let you know if there are any obvious problems to your roof or gutter, such as broken tiles, and can discuss fixing these problems with you (additional service).

CAN YOU DO ANY REPAIRS ON THE ROOF?

We can do minor repairs, with your approval. This is an additional service, and includes minor repairs such as replacing broken tiles (you source the tiles), sealing gaps, and other minor repairs.

WHAT IF I HAVE LEAF GUARDS OVER THE GUTTERS?

This is not a problem. As we have to remove the guard, clean the gutter, and then re-install the guard, this will be an additional service.

WHAT IF I HAVE A MULTI STOREY HOUSE?

No more climbing unsafe ladders to get onto the roof of your single or double storey home. We have the proper equipment to climb and negotiate your roof safely. Just picture us like Tom Cruise is an action movie, minus the stunts!
